   These are easy to chip! The bowls & the sm plates are somewhat bigger then usual also. I put a plate in the dish wash water and brought it out w/a chip on it, a single plate mind you! The coloring is very nice cold earth tone which I was looking for, I'll just have to find some smaller bowls & plate to somewhat match.

   They're beautiful, with some good visual texturing covered with a glaze that keeps the texture from causing any problems in terms of cleaning, eating, etcetera.Very sturdy. The mug is a good size and the bowls hold a lot. As stated in at least one other review, you don't want to use a small spoon with the bowls because they're shallow instead of deep and the spoon will get swallowed. They're very well packaged and it would take a pretty severe drop to damage the dishes in transit.

   My husband picked these out but I wasn't thrilled with them. I will say that these are beautiful, heavy, and the colors are fantastic! Yes, some of the blue lines on the dinnerware are not even....but I'm not sure they are supposed to be! If you're considering this set you will make a wise choice by ordering them!

   This set has an earthly beauty and simultaneously are very elegant. I love them. They are reasonably heavy and they look like good quality. I ordered two sets in order to have 8 pieces of each. Except for two bowls that arrived with cracks (see picture), all of the rest arrived in perfect condition. Just be cautious, if you have limited space in your cupboard or dishwasher, these are big dishes and wide bowls.

   I love these plates. They are stylish, strong, and pretty. Only con is that they are a bit on the heavy side, but I really don't mind that.

   Upon arrival, this set was intact. As I unwrapped the place settings, I found the plates to be, abnormally large. If you have generous storage space, and wish to pile on the food, two or three serving sizes of each food group at one time, at one sitting, quite easy to do using these plates. I prefer a more traditionally sized plate, smaller in circumference. The soup bowls are generous, as are the salad plates, which I do appreciate. The cups are traditionally sized. So far no chipping, breakage tendencies during use and washing. The pricing for this stoneware set is reasonable. I am finding that I use the plates in this set, more often than I use them as dinner plates, as serving platters.

   I'm very happy with these. They are higher quality than I expected for the price. Good weight and attractive (blue) color. Every piece is colored slightly differently, and I don't like the coloring on one plate, but it's not a big enough problem to remove a star. I like large bowls, and these are perfect.

   The order arrived promptly and in good condition. Solid construction. Arsty look. The color is uniform among all pieces but varies from online perception. Expecting an exclusively brown and cream color combo, but the inner band of the edge coloring is distinctively olive/grey. Ironically, my first and third pic here appear more white and brown than the actual product and pretty close to what appears online. The upside... texturing of the finish is more attractive than online. I am keeping the product.

   I like the colors of these, but two things: they are huge! Make sure you have room in the cupboards for these. Measure, and measure again. It's also a little discerning if you are trying to watch how much you eat since they are so large. And they are heavy. But overall, we like them.
