1. Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

2. Delivery charges for orders from the Casa Cultures Shop?

We provide the FREE SHIPPING to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and United States on any $50 and above order. Merchandise total must reach $50 after all discounts.

Pay attention that your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. And you are fully responsible for such fees and import duties and we will not reimburse it to you even in case of refund or return.

3. How long will delivery take?

We need 2-3 days to proceed your order. We also do not send the orders on weekends and holiday. So please allow between 14-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order.

4. What exactly happens after ordering?

As soon as you pay your order you will get an e-mail confirmation and we will start with the fulfilment. In most cases, we ship the orders the same day, but please allow the 2-3 days to prepare your order for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate.

5. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Usually, we send an invoice via e-mail only. But if you are living in Russia we will include the invoice in the parcel in order to comply with Russian customs rules. If you need the invoice to be included in the parcel, please leave the comment during the checkout.

6. Do you have retail stores?

No. We sell directly through our online shop. This allows us to keep our prices affordable.

7. Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate.

8. Can I return an item?

If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 21 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. If the 21 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

9. Where should I send return item?

The return address is very relaid on your country. Please contact our Customer service at [email protected] beforehand. Please do not send your purchase before reply of our Customer service.

10. What is your refund policy?

In a nutshell, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please refer to our return & refund section for more information.

Payment Information

1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners and JCB. We also accept direct payments through PayPal.

2. Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that we does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. So please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

3. Is it safe to purchase online from the Casa Cultures?

Absolutely! We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We also use 2Checkout to proceed your payment. So we do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please provide us with the photos of damaged or wrongly sent product via [email protected] together with the refund request and the refund will be issued to you in full. OR, at your choice, we can replace the product, or send you another product of the same or around the same value.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can only change your order before it is shipped. If the item is already shipped you can only cancel your order and you will receive a full refund. However, you will need to receive and return the item first.

Please pay attention that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
